Description
The Night Shift Maintenance Technician maintains, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and improves plant and production equipment in a multi-craft manufacturing environment. The role performs preventive and predictive maintenance, responds to equipment breakdowns and safety concerns, monitors PLC- and HMI-driven processes, maintains spare parts inventory, and supports production while complying with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements. It requires electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, combustion, PLC, blueprint-reading, crane-inspection, rigging, and preventive-maintenance software knowledge, with the ability to work independently on a 12-hour continental night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.
