Description
The Maintenance Technician works the night shift maintaining plant and production equipment in a multi-craft capacity. Responsibilities include installation, inspection, troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, repairs, breakdown response, crane inspection, equipment rigging, spare-parts management, and monitoring PLC/HMI-driven processes while following health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, broad electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, combustion, and PLC knowledge, PM software experience, blueprint reading, and the ability to work a 12-hour continental shift in demanding industrial conditions.
