Description
The NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER oversees night-shift warehouse operations, including pulling and staging outgoing product, loading delivery trucks, training and developing teammates, tracking productivity, recruiting and scheduling staff, enforcing safety rules, resolving conflicts, and securing the building. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to delegate and train others, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds continuously. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
