Description

Mujin Japan is hiring a WES Support Engineer to provide first-line nighttime support for robot systems, AGVs, and Warehouse Execution Systems. The role handles phone, email, and monitoring alerts; triages incidents; provides remote recovery and customer assistance; prepares maintenance-estimate documentation; and supports annual inspections. It is primarily remote with limited on-site response, requires night-shift availability from 22:00 to 8:00, and is based at the Tokyo Headquarters.
