Description
The Paint Prepper prepares and applies coatings to equipment, components, and structures according to manufacturer specifications. Responsibilities include mixing, thinning, spraying, body work, body filler application, taping, masking, sanding, quality control, documentation, equipment and personal protective equipment maintenance, and safe work practices. The role requires understanding of paint specifications, spray equipment, oven operation, curing parameters, grounding, and coating processes, along with manual dexterity and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
