Pilgrim’s is hiring a Night Shift Process Lead Worker for the Live Receiving team at its Arcadia, Wisconsin poultry complex. The role provides first-level supervision over production processes, directing and monitoring operations, training and motivating team members, scheduling resources, enforcing safety and food safety requirements, monitoring quality and productivity, managing attendance in Kronos, supporting process improvement, and preparing for advancement into higher supervisory roles. Compensation starts at $24.30 per hour plus a $1.50 night shift differential without a Class A CDL, or $28.49 per hour plus the differential with a Class A CDL; a CDL must be obtained within six months.
