Description
The Night Shift Production Supervisor will oversee nightly manufacturing operations in a food ingredient plant, leading production teams and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, food safety, GMP, sanitation, and operational standards. The role manages staffing, troubleshooting, equipment and CIP systems, production scheduling, downtime, quality holds, corrective actions, employee training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other plant teams. The position requires 5–7 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, with food manufacturing preferred, and involves 12-hour alternating weekend shifts.
