Description
The company is hiring a hands-on shift supervisor for its transport and logistics operations. The role distributes work among loaders and unloaders, checks goods handling, applies quality and safety procedures, mediates conflicts, supports employees with performance issues, handles planning administration, monitors loading and scanning, and works manually in production. The position requires approximately three years of experience leading a team and working on the shop floor as a shift supervisor, fluent Dutch, basic French and English knowledge, scanner and PC skills, and availability for a fixed night schedule from 01:00 to 08:36. It is a full-time 38-hour-per-week role with a gross hourly wage of €17.2310, an overnight premium, meal vouchers, and a possible permanent position after a successful interim period.
