BSH Youth Care is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor for their team. The role involves providing nighttime supervision and support for children and young people, acting as a primary point of contact for both children and parents, assisting with feeding infants/toddlers, supporting individuals in crisis situations, and managing night-time emergency safeguarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong educational background in child care, physical and mental stability, flexibility, organizational skills, teamwork, empathy, and a sense of responsibility.
