Description
The role manages night-shift production operations for a test and packaging line, including monitoring output, on-time delivery, cycle time, and work-in-progress; handling equipment and test abnormalities; coordinating with technicians and engineering teams; managing attendance, training, performance, and team discipline; overseeing quality, safety, and compliance; and serving as the first point of contact for emergencies and handovers. It requires a bachelor's degree or above, at least 10 years of manufacturing or semiconductor production management experience, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety regulations, English communication ability, and willingness to work a four-shift, two-rotation night schedule.
