Trajectum is hiring a Night Shift Support Worker for its specialist treatment setting Groot Hungerink, supporting clients with severe behavioral and addiction problems, including those subject to judicial measures. The role involves night checks, client care, reporting, handovers, and consultation, with work at the Eefde treatment unit and external locations in Zutphen. It is a one-year contract for 21 hours per week, with a gross monthly salary of €2,893–€3,902 based on 36 hours and a night-work allowance that can increase the salary to 160%. Applicants should have relevant experience, resilience, adaptability, and preferably an MBO level 4 or HBO qualification in MMZ, Social Work, or Nursing.
