Sluis-Zicht is hiring a night-shift support worker to provide calm, safety, and support to people with mild intellectual disabilities plus (LVB+) and complex psychiatric or behavioral needs. The role involves monitoring clients, responding to emergencies, recognizing escalating behavior, preparing medication, reporting concerns, and providing light household, administrative, and activities-of-daily-living support. The position requires 24 hours per week on night shifts, independent decision-making, and the ability to remain calm in unexpected situations. Applicants need a care-related qualification at least at MBO level 3, such as MMZ or SPW, and experience with psychiatry, autism, or attachment-related issues is advantageous. The role is based in Nes aan de Amstel and pays between €2,597 and €3,635 under scale 35 of the CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, with additional benefits.
