Description
MSSC is hiring Night Supervisors on a casual contract to provide overnight supervision for cadets aged 12–18 at residential training facilities across the United Kingdom. The role involves working with young people, addressing challenging behaviour, delivering safe activities, and discharging the duty of care, with shifts running from the evening meal until the following morning. Candidates must have experience working with young people, knowledge of challenging behaviour, a current First Aid Certificate, relevant health and safety knowledge, and either a full current UK photo driving licence or UK passport. The role is available at six named locations, with an outside-London rate of £14.24 per hour.
