Description
The role supervises and controls offshore drilling operations during the night shift, including drilling planning, well control, equipment readiness, emergency response, rig moves, client coordination, reporting, and team development. It requires a high school or vocational/technical qualification, at least 15 years of drilling and workover experience including Assistant Driller, Driller, and Tool Pusher experience, two years as a Tool Pusher, offshore rig experience, English proficiency, Microsoft Office literacy, advanced mathematical and drilling-fluids skills, and a valid Well Control certificate.
