Description
Meadowbrook Care Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its nightshift team, with full-time or part-time availability. The role provides direct resident care, administers medications and treatments, documents progress, develops individualized care plans, monitors patient conditions, maintains a safe care environment, and participates in quality improvement. Applicants must hold current Ohio LPN licensure and have a high school diploma or equivalent; nursing degrees are preferred. New graduates with no prior experience are welcome.
