The Operations Supervisor (ID) will report to the Deputy Manager and drive Station/Hub activity, team performance, customer care, operational efficiency, reporting, health and safety, and team development. The role requires supervisory experience, adaptability, organisational skills, and the ability to manage and delegate a busy workload. It is a regular 40-hour night-shift position paying £16.57 per hour, with premiums for work between 7pm and 10pm and 10pm and 6am.
