Description
The Route Supervisor coordinates onsite with drivers and customers at The University of North Carolina Charlotte Niner Transit, handles operations inquiries, processes paperwork, communicates with dispatch and field supervisors, documents vehicle use, ensures safety procedures are followed, and provides assistance in loading areas. The role requires a CDL, passenger endorsement, a good driving record, and flexible day, evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Compensation is $25.00-$27.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, supplemental, 401K, paid time off, and holiday pay benefits.
