NineStar Connect is hiring an Installation & Repair Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, security, access control, wireless, key systems, and voice services for residential and business customers in Central Indiana. The role uses fiber and copper infrastructure, requires service documentation and customer training, includes an on-call rotation, and involves operating a bucket truck and following fall-protection safety protocols. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of combined experience and/or education in communications, telephone, or data systems, and Network+ and BICSI Technician (TECH) certifications.
