Dandelion Health is hiring a Healthcare Data Scientist to build and maintain AI-ready datasets by developing NLP, large language model, and machine learning pipelines that abstract labels from structured and unstructured healthcare data. The role involves querying EMRs and clinical reports, curating and validating datasets, supporting multimodal data structures, developing HIPAA-compliant data products, and communicating findings to internal and external audiences.
