Description
AT&T is hiring an NMS ServiceNow Senior Software Designer to lead the deployment, administration, development, integration, automation, security, performance tuning, and sustainment of ServiceNow systems for a National Security program. The role oversees team members, coordinates with project managers and technical leads, manages complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and delivers engineered solutions through the SDLC. It requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, extensive IT and ServiceNow experience, advanced ServiceNow certifications, and an office presence of at least five days per week in Chantilly, Virginia.
