Advantage Capital is hiring an NMTC Application Writing Associate/Senior Associate to lead the preparation of New Markets Tax Credit Allocation Applications for multiple Community Development Entity clients. The role involves advising clients on application strategy, drafting and reviewing applications and supporting materials, writing strategic narratives, conducting quantitative analysis, sourcing pipeline projects, coordinating investor commitments, and managing application deadlines. The position is available in St. Louis, New Orleans, Greenville, or Austin, with remote work considered for candidates with sufficient NMTC experience.
