Description
The NOC Analyst Tier I serves as a first responder in a 24/7 Global Command Center, monitoring network, server, and application infrastructure; triaging and logging alerts; performing basic troubleshooting; escalating unresolved incidents; communicating status updates; and maintaining shift logs and runbooks. The role requires networking fundamentals, monitoring and ticketing experience, Windows and Linux command-line familiarity, strong communication and attention to detail, a high school diploma or GED, and eligibility for a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
