Description
Armada is hiring an experienced NOC / Data Center Operations Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain power, cooling, networking, environmental, and facility systems across physical data centers and distributed edge environments. The role includes Tier 2 incident escalation, lifecycle ownership, remote and hands-on support, maintenance coordination, change management, documentation, and participation in on-call or shift-based operations. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of PLC, BMS, and DCIM platforms, and familiarity with critical infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and operational tools.
