Description
The Wireless Network Operations Specialist is responsible for 24/7 wireless network monitoring, fault management, incident reporting, configuration and operations, vendor coordination, and support for public security personnel and GID. The role includes NOC tool maintenance, daily fault and outage reporting, shift-based assistance, and participation in emergency on-call rotations. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in telecommunications or computer engineering, basic related-field knowledge, a driving license, and CCNA certification; CCNP and ITIL are desirable.
