Trinetix is hiring a NOC Engineer to monitor and troubleshoot IP and transmission networks, including xWDM, across global infrastructure. The role handles alarms, faults, outages, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, SLA tracking, third-party coordination, and NOC monitoring-tool development. Candidates need 3–5+ years of NOC or similar experience, strong IP and transmission troubleshooting knowledge, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS, and xWDM expertise, CCNP Enterprise-level knowledge or equivalent practical experience, Linux/Windows experience, and incident documentation skills.
