Description
Trinetix is hiring a NOC Engineer to monitor and troubleshoot IP and transmission network platforms, including xWDM, and associated infrastructure for a global connectivity and Internet backbone organization. The role owns incidents from alarm detection through restoration, coordinates with internal teams and third-party providers, tracks SLAs, produces root cause and outage reports, supports planned maintenance, and improves NOC monitoring tools and processes. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of NOC or similar experience, strong networking knowledge, monitoring and incident-management experience, Linux/Windows familiarity, communication and documentation skills, with Python or Bash scripting and telecom experience as preferred qualifications.
