Description
The Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer monitors and controls large network and server systems from a central location, responds to alerts, troubleshoots and documents issues, manages incident reports, checks hardware and software, collaborates with vendors and carriers, and uses network management tools to track performance and traffic. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an IT-related field, at least three years of relevant experience, willingness to work shifting schedules including weekends, and knowledge of network hardware, server systems, and monitoring tools; Cisco, Microsoft, and ITIL certifications are advantageous. This is a 100% on-site position.
