ProVal Technologies is hiring a NOC Engineer in Noida to provide 24x7 network operations center support. The role monitors network and server alerts, performs Level 1 troubleshooting for network, firewall, and Windows Server incidents, manages firewalls, VPNs, and security devices, responds to network and security alerts, escalates unresolved issues, and maintains incident, change, and shift-handover documentation. The position requires at least four years of experience, a technical graduate qualification, and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching, LAN/WAN, VPN, NAT, and firewall technologies.
