Artech is hiring a fully remote Network Operations Center Analyst to support a large-scale global network environment. The role involves 24/7 monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and restoring mission-critical network services, with shifts covering 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. ET. Candidates need Cisco networking knowledge, network monitoring and ticketing experience, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience, and prior NOC or network support experience. The position pays $70–$75 per hour on W2 and includes health and wellness benefits.
