Description
EdgeUno is hiring an entry-level Network Operations Center Intern to support monitoring, basic troubleshooting, incident handling, documentation, and network maintenance for its Latin American infrastructure. The intern will work on-site in a shift-based schedule, learn from experienced engineers, and use tools such as Zabbix, LibreNMS, and Grafana. The role requires a degree in Network Engineering or a related field, B2 English, basic networking knowledge, and strong communication and attention to detail; exposure to monitoring tools, VLANs, routing, networking projects, or CCNA is preferred. Compensation is BRL 1,500 monthly plus a BRL 600 monthly meal allowance.
