Description
The Network Operations Center Technician monitors production network availability, responds to and troubleshoots Level 2 incidents, detects and remediates outages, coordinates vendor repair dispatch, and documents and escalates production problems. The role requires at least four years of IT Operations and network or server monitoring experience, knowledge of TCP/IP, routers, and protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS, and experience with monitoring tools including SolarWinds and Nagios.
