Socket Fiber is hiring an in-office Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to monitor fiber and FTTH/PON network infrastructure, investigate alarms and outages, provide Tier 1 customer connectivity support, and assist with business customer provisioning. The role requires networking fundamentals, basic fiber and PON knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with network monitoring and management systems; experience with FTTH/PON, Adtran or Calix equipment, hosted voice, and provisioning is desired.
