Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Product Engineer in DRAM Technology Node Development to bring new DRAM process nodes from design through qualification and production ramp while co-optimizing product and process. The role leads process integration, yield improvement, electrical failure analysis, test-program and probe-flow development, silicon validation, and cross-functional technical leadership across design, test, manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams. Candidates need an engineering degree, DRAM architecture, process, and test knowledge, yield-ramp and failure-analysis experience, strong JMP and Python skills, project management and presentation abilities, and familiarity with AI tools.
