Description
Globe is hiring a NodeJS Senior/Lead Software Development Engineer to lead the design and evolution of high-performance distributed cloud applications, translate business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps, establish code quality and security standards, oversee CI/CD and cloud infrastructure, optimize Docker and Kubernetes, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. The role requires at least six years of professional software engineering experience, expert NodeJS proficiency, cloud expertise with AWS or Google Cloud, distributed systems knowledge, and experience with observability and Infrastructure as Code. The position follows a hybrid schedule of three onsite days and two work-from-home days.
