This individual contributor is a software engineer responsible for translating business requirements into software solutions, developing and configuring integrated business and enterprise applications, supporting cloud-based and on/off-premise systems, and leading incident troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and post-implementation support. The role requires NodeJS, TypeScript, AKS, GitHub Actions, Apigee, OAuth, Cosmos, Postgres, and shift-left testing expertise, and includes mentoring other technical resources. It is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, is flexible and hybrid, and requires office time.
