Description
The File Handler manages a caseload of predominantly litigated noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) claims in a supported team environment, progressing claims to profitable outcomes. Responsibilities include reviewing documents and evidence, handling disclosure, conducting investigations, instructing counsel and experts, researching, drafting, attending conferences and trials, managing court appointments, and liaising with insurers and insureds. The role requires NIHL claims experience and the ability to handle litigated claims, works 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, and is based at the Birmingham or Bolton office.
