Description
The File Handler will manage a predominantly litigated Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) claims caseload from inception through resolution. The role involves reviewing evidence and medical records, handling disclosure, conducting investigations, instructing counsel and experts, researching cases, drafting legal documents, attending hearings and trials, coordinating with insurers and insureds, and maintaining compliant and profitable file management. Applicants need prior NIHL claim-handling experience and the ability to manage a litigated caseload independently.
