Summit School Services is hiring a Non-CDL Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for students or passengers on fixed or changing routes. The role begins with Driver in Training, during which the employee learns company policies and obtains applicable driver endorsements. Responsibilities include operating a school bus or other location-specific vehicle, assisting with passenger evacuation, reporting accidents, following student and passenger management procedures, completing paperwork, and maintaining a professional appearance. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold or obtain the required license and certifications, meet physical and medical requirements, pass substance abuse screening, and successfully complete training.
