Summit School Services is hiring a Non-CDL Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for students or passengers on fixed or changing routes. The role begins with Driver in Training, during which the employee receives training and may obtain applicable driver endorsements before being placed in the Non-CDL Driver position. Responsibilities include operating a school bus or other location-specific vehicle, maintaining routes, assisting with passenger evacuation, reporting incidents, following company policies, completing paperwork, and using vehicle equipment. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold or obtain applicable licenses and certifications, meet physical and medical requirements, pass substance abuse screening, and complete training.
