The ASPIRE ESOL Instructor will create individual learning plans, assess and monitor adult ESOL students, identify literacy needs, develop and implement lesson plans, manage student records, support referrals, and assist with program transitions and recruitment. The role is part-time, scheduled for 20 hours, pays $40.00, and requires an associate's degree or higher; TESOL certification, relevant degrees, and adult-learner teaching experience are preferred.
