Citi is hiring a Lead Performance Engineer to lead non-functional testing and performance engineering for Prime Services applications. The role owns performance, load, stress, scalability, resilience, chaos engineering, observability, and capacity strategies; develops and maintains test environments and automation; mentors a global team; and collaborates with development, product, operations, and business stakeholders. Candidates need 7–10+ years of performance testing and engineering experience, 2–3 years of chaos engineering experience, and expertise with tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Splunk, Grafana, Kubernetes, and Python or Java. The position is full time and pays $120,800–$170,800.
