Genesis10 is seeking a Non-IT Business Analyst for a 12-month contract with a major financial institution in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role supports workforce planning, financial management, business governance, headcount planning, budget forecasting, expense management, contract and vendor governance, resource allocation, and the translation of operational and financial data into insights for senior management. Candidates need 5–7 years of business management or related experience, financial analysis and headcount forecasting experience, contract and vendor governance knowledge, Excel and Power BI skills, stakeholder management, strategic planning, process improvement, risk and compliance familiarity, and strong communication skills. The pay range is up to $49.67 per hour, and the position is hybrid.
