Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Change Management Specialist to support global Field Service Operations initiatives. The role embeds Prosci-based change management within programs, develops communications, training, readiness, and reinforcement plans, enables sponsors and people managers, measures adoption, and contributes to change-management standards and peer learning. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of relevant change-management experience, Prosci methodology and ADKAR experience, and the ability to influence across global, matrixed organizations. The role is based in Boise, Idaho; Chandler, Arizona; Hillsboro, Oregon; Phoenix, Arizona; or Santa Clara, California, with 20% travel and relocation eligibility.
