Description
The Building Engineer performs routine maintenance and repair work on a facility’s physical structures, equipment, and grounds, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, light plumbing, furniture assembly, emergency response, inspections, work-order management, and safety compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to communicate and use computers, and some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and general maintenance. The listed pay is $50.00 per hour, with benefits available through ABM.
