The Non-Union Engineer maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building-management systems; responds to service requests and emergencies; coordinates vendors and contractors; supports capital projects; and ensures safety, code, and regulatory compliance. The role is based in Long Beach, California, runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and pays $40 per hour with weekly pay.
