Description
The NVM Reliability Engineer will characterize, model, and enable next-generation non-volatile memory technologies and designs. The role interfaces with foundries and external suppliers, establishes qualification requirements, performs statistical analysis of reliability data, supports high-reliability volume production, and provides technical reliability information to business and customer groups. The position requires a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or an equivalent field, 2–5 years of industry experience, data-analysis experience, and knowledge of non-volatile memory technologies.
