Lenovo is hiring a full-time Nordic Distribution Manager to lead five Distribution Account Managers across the Nordics and Baltics. The role manages distributor strategy, assortment and inventory plans, demand generation, distributor inventory monitoring, business forecasting, quarterly target planning, business reviews, and strategic relationships with distributor leadership. Candidates should have experience in distribution, supply chain, logistics, channel sales, or related business environments, strong relationship-building and leadership skills, commercial insight, and excellent English communication; Nordic IT distributor experience is advantageous.
