Nordstrom Rack is hiring for in-store roles across Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment. The position involves maintaining a clean, organized, customer-friendly salesfloor and stockroom; operating point-of-sale and store technology; assisting customers; receiving, unpacking, ticketing, and moving merchandise; and fulfilling and shipping customer orders. The role requires strong communication, organization, flexibility, and the ability to perform frequent physical activity, with hourly pay of $17.45 to $18.15 and benefits including medical, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, life insurance, and disability coverage.
