Description
The Injection Molding Technician will set up and operate injection molding machines, maintain production quality and housekeeping, inspect and troubleshoot molded parts, set and pull molds, perform preventive maintenance, document molding runs, and support validations and change controls. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, general mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read, write, and converse in English; previous molding experience and scientific molding knowledge are preferred. The position is based in Columbus, Ohio, on a rotating 6 AM–6 PM shift, with at least four days of in-office presence per week.
