Description
The Pain Management APP provides inpatient and outpatient pain management services, including consultations, regional pain blocks, intrathecal pump management, multimodal treatment strategies, opioid conversion and weaning, trigger-point and joint injections, nerve blocks, referrals, follow-up visits, and clinic workflow support. The role also serves on institutional pain-management and opioid-stewardship committees. Applicants must hold a master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program, be a certified CNS/NP/PA, maintain Ohio licensure, a current certificate to prescribe, and a current DEA license; neurological assessment, communication, computer literacy, and multidisciplinary collaboration are required, while pain-management experience and EPIC experience are preferred.
